Players that run, jump, twist, stretch, lunge - backwards, forwards and sideways. 

A sport that demands hand-to-eye co-ordination, quick reflexes, strength, power, flexibility. 

Where a delicate drop shot may be followed by a 200 mile-an-hour smash.

In a typical two-game singles match, top players will cover nearly every inch of the court, and travel more than a mile.
